Short answer
Both student and family should hold the full address, university and accommodation support, GP, NHS 111, emergency routes, official bank-loss contacts and at least one trusted person in the UK.

- Include at least one trusted person in the UK who knows the student’s address.
- Keep a copy offline, in secure cloud storage and with family without publicly sharing sensitive details.
- Update after moving, changing number, changing GP or at the start of each term.
